Gentle sheet separation
Sections are loaded with the spine facing forward. Grippers pick them up individually and lay them into the conveying channel. Sheet guides provide control, while suckers move in line with the tilting sheet.
Efficient 2:1 operation
For complicated sheets, hoppers can be loaded in groups of stations for 2:1 operation. This lets the machine work at a reduced speed while maintaining overall output.
Straightforward supervision
Centralised spine settings simplify make-ready. Controls serve groups of three units, with a function selector for double or missing sections.
